Order Processing: Typically, orders are dispatched the next day, except for those placed on a Friday, which will be sent out the following Monday (the next business day).
For orders placed over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please anticipate additional processing time. This timeframe does not account for the actual shipping duration, which will be detailed upon selecting a shipping option at checkout. We strive to expedite order dispatch as swiftly as possible, though our shipping timetable may adjust slightly during peak periods such as sales events and holidays. Shipping Methods: We ship all packages via USPS. USPS orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, which are USPS operational days. All shipping durations refer to business days (Monday-Friday). Delivery Times: After processing your order for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail (for larger orders) are typically delivered within 2 to 8 business days post-processing. USPS Priority Mail generally arrives within 2-4 days after dispatch. Note that USPS delivery schedules are not guaranteed. Given the high volume of parcels USPS handles, tracking updates may not occur for several days. Updates may only appear once your package arrives at your local USPS sorting center, transit point, or post office. Although USPS is dependable and swift, errors and delays can happen. Such issues are beyond SUITE 420's control and should be addressed by contacting USPS directly (contact details below).
